Sentinel: The share registration is definitely disclosed in the SEC filings. You can choose to ignore it or revise it in your mind, if you want. However, the truth is there for anyone who wants to seek it if they simply look at the public filings.

In case you are inclined to make an issue of the fact that this is not a 100% endorsement of EDIG stock, it is recommended that you review all of the EDIG filings from 12/30/02 on.
