“Effective August 5, 2013 the Company effected a 1 for 100 reverse stock split, which reduced the number of issued and outstanding common shares from 2,903,888,889 to approximately 29,039,066”

Finally we got some correct numbers!!!

Issued and Outstanding Shares by last week 10-Q:

29,039,066 – RS Day

51,650,617 – Today "November 18, 2013, there were 50,727,540"

Since August, Issued and Outstanding Shares were INCREASED by 22,611,551 shares.

So Thanksgiving is gone and still nothing!!! Investors are being lied and deadlines are probably going to be pushed again, and again…

Let’s say that you have your own company, wouldn’t you update right away your investors if you have a good news??? Even if they do acquisition, it will be with same worthless company as they are. LOL

Have you ever tried to google this address - 1111 Alderman Drive, Suite 210 – you will find at least 15 different companies are squished in this little office, even EXP_ is there. LMAO!!! …and it supposed to be billion dollar company??? Quirk added: “That is how we become a billion dollar company!" HA ha ha………

What a SCAM!!! …everyone will see it is just another rinse-repeat penny stock trash!!!

I think EXP_ is the only hope for FPFI to help them to sell more of their worthless shares. So they might be able to run a little SCAM for a while, even though EXP_ is as dead as FPFI – remember they are sharing same office!!!!!!!!!! …they both will benefit from this SCAM!!!

Just my thoughts, and we will see if they are just my thoughts!!!
