I honestly cannot comment on daily trading, never mind every few hours! I can see it is volatile.

Neither the Company, nor Insiders nor Directors are selling shares of Common Stock. It is not unlikely that some stockholders may be selling, that I do not know, there is no way that I can know.

I have no idea as to what the Market Makers do on an intraday basis.

There is nothing sinister here, I cannot keep dealing with e mails about stock prices, please understand that it is not my place to comment everyday upon market action. I am perturbed about the volume of e mails that seem to be solely concerned with pricing of the share every few hours. My job is longer term, I cannot worry every hour about Market Maker activity in the stock.

I am waiting for updated filings and once myself and my co-Director check them; they will be filed.

The supposed “Free Float” reflected on the OTC Markets is correct, I check weekly on these numbers.
