I'd strongly suggest that you consult Sydney Harland and inquire him as to what the chances of this reverse merger deal is likely to happen.

Though a PR MAY come December 1st, shareholders don't need to know what is going to happen, but they need to know a definite WHEN it is to happen.

Until then, I'll leave you all to absorb this into thought. GLTA
