Hadn't seen that. The County he is talking about is the next County over to the West I think. Other than that just more of the same. Capital raising efforts? What the hell is he talking about? New investors? If that is true then this guy could sell ice to Eskimos and matches to people in hell. Either way it didn't move the PPS.
