You've mentioned no less than a dozen times in recent posts about this SC D or whatever convertible. You keep talking about "Have you verified this, have you read it, oh my!"

Just post the thing.

Stop asking every person that posts on the board if they have read it. Post it to them and get it over with.

It's annoying, spam, and doesn't do anything but turn the board against you (which doesn't do you any good). There's no debate happening when you post this way. It'll turn into a flame war. Watch.

Edit, to argue that I'm trying to create a peace and harmony of falsehood is quite baseless and I'm shocked and awed you'd post such a thing. I'm sitting here asking you to post the details of some very negative information...but you seem to be withholding it and telling us to go dig for it. Now, you tell me, how does THAT promote peace and harmony? What about all those newbies, that fresh money coming into EDIG...what if they don't know what an SEC filing is or where to find one.
