DABOSS, I can certainly prove it and did so on RB back in early January.

What I want to know is what you have to say about this issue since you have held yourself out as a guru to be trusted for information.

Please answer the following:

1. Have you studied the 8-K from 12/30/02? Yes or No?

2. Have you seen any covenant agreeing to file to register more shares with the SEC on or before June 30, 2003?

Your answer will show people whether or not you are really informed about what is going on with EDIG.
