I suggest you trust the SEC filings instead of any person, including EDIG management.

This is amazing!!! The registration requirement is there in black and white for anyone who studies the 8-K from 12/30/02 to see. I can't believe there are people who will deny it's existence without even checking it out for themselves!!!

I could easily post it here for all to see, but that doesn't help anyone learn to do their own DD.

Sentinel, somehow I thought you were brighter than this. I guess I was wrong.
