I suggest you trust the SEC filings instead of any person, including EDIG management.

This is amazing!!! The registration requirement is there in black and white for anyone who studies the 8-K from 12/30/02 to see. I can't believe there are people who will deny it's existence without even checking it out for themselves!!!
