Grim I would have to write an essay

There are a load of them in the 10Q's. Some of them are licensing issues with various states others are with former busines parterns etc. Back on RB when I was first watching this one I mentioned that there was a whole cottage industry built around suing LTFD.

Most of this stuff originated before current management was around and they are trying to clean up the mess that remains.

On the CC today the CEO actually said that one of the lawsuits is because of something stupid the company did,that it wouldn't have happened if he was in charge, and they have been trying to settle it.

He actually also had very kind words about the plaintiff against the company in that case.

That is the one thing I have liked about them they appear to be very straightforward down to earth and candid in their presentation. You don't see many CEO's readily admitting the plaintiff is the good guy.
