actually they have more than that, they have
the right to authorize up to 1 bil shares, but lets
not confuse the gift program with the share count
and or dilution as this is neither and it's sole
purpose is to act as an accelerant for sales. growth opportunity
is coming, if growlife does not continuesly raise
capital they will ultimately fall behind

expect rising revenues with a rising share count
1 without the other and we are screwed
