I'm just glad I'm riding free shares these days. That 'small' (50%) non-increase of the O/S would have me concerned, especially when I would be expecting a very large increase in the O/S if an acquisition is ever completed.

There really isn't such a thing as a free lunch so you can't acquire assets without spending something or posting collateral and that something for penny stocks is their shares.
