Seems to me DSNY doesn't have to sell because the real cost of running the business is in the infrastructure costs and DSNY has Amazon taking care of them. Thus to DSNY the whole Clipstream revenue stream is basically a cash cow with main outlay being the monies we pay Amazon to piggyback their system. We get a free infratstructure ride and they get a great revenue producing cohort to help pay their massive infrastructure costs. Win-win. Kind of keeps both parties from trying to screw over the other.

Unless instant gratification is the goal, I can't see why DSNY wouldn't be kept by current ownership and used as a dividend paying machine year in and year out.
