MKHD acquired 100% ownership interest in Language Key Asia Ltd, Hong Kong, including its operational subsidiaries in Hong Kong and mainland China on December 31, 2010. As a result of the closing with Language Key, the Company will benefit from Language Key’s combined annual revenues of approximately USD $1.6 million (unaudited) for 2009 and $2.0 million (unaudited) for 2010.
