The reason it ran to $0.50 last year was because there was some serious pumping going on that fed off of the fictional financial reporting and guidance that MJNA was putting out.

Their financial reporting hasn't significantly improved over the the past year, and the value of the CannaVest stock is rapidly declining at CannaVest dilutes its shares at $1.
