I understand....makes sense

A few years ago....I was invested in a stock....had 6 million outstanding.....insiders had 50%....stock was $6.....Book Value as $9-10.....had a piece of real estate valued at $16-20 million...had $12 milion in cash....I had a million in there....talked to CEO several times a day

FAST FORWARD

The SS went to 20 million, cash went to 900K...real estate imploded, my investment was worth 50K.....PUKE!
