They were drifting dangerously without good bearings.

No competent managerial leadership with a sensible strategy.

Accelerating sales growth without any ability to retain profits.

I'm glad this ploy of theirs didn't work because no new investors should have been entering the picture before management was able to reach out and get some sound advice for a long term stabilizing strategy which the R/S was but one important component.

No new investors should enter the picture until AFTER this "...comprehensive financial guidance for the full 2014 year." has been disclosed.

It is as if they are promising this improved fiscal behavior as yet another ploy to bolster the PPS right now and keep it from falling any further.

Based on their record, skepticism is justified.

Their credibility remains at large.
