Good point. Logically it should flow like the following: 1. Development 2. Production 3. Installation It appears that based upon what we currently know that step two is missing. I am confident that Mr Nelson is well aware of how this needs to play out and is taking actions to ensure that he gets wealthy. Along with him getting wealthy, I hope to make a little too.
