Problem with that report. EVERYONE at Nuan gets bonuses via stock. Smart compnay for doing it as it saves CASH. Bad part is stock buyers consider it insider trading. Some may have their Etrade accts. set on automatic sell when they receive (who knows).

But it does throw a wrench into the price. Est. are a penny above or hitting the number... Either way, you can't lose. If it drops, buy buy buy and if it goes up hold... Winner, either way with Icahn ready to pounce...
