if Etrade won't let you trade it then something is up.

Not even "over the phone orders"?????

so why is there volume today if there is a global lock--I am asking in a serious manner. Would trades have to be phoned in to brokers to make trades under a global lock?

H*SG-- as you might know, ETRADE allowed "over the phone orders" while other brokers blocked trading.
