A Game-Changing, Single Transfer Container System for High Efficiency Transport of High Tonnage Aggregate Cargo

Double Crown Resources has begun commercial production of its patent pending Transprop AGG container units. This is an original and unique system designed to transport large capacity loads of aggregate commodities such as fracturing sand, barite or agricultural products in a highly efficient, economical and environmentally friendly way.

We have made many improvements to the original design which include multiple Venturi systems that bolt onto the tri-chamber interlock design. Transprop AGG is the first system offered to the market that can load on rail cars without having to remove the containers. Our interlock system allows containers to feed into one another during loading and unloading. Therefore, the Transprop AGG system is the first to handle industrial quantities of aggregate material in an effective, efficient, and affordable single transfer way. Additionally, Transprop AGG is the only container to include a highly sophisticated multi-Venturi system designed to accommodate different aggregate product types. Conceptually, each container can handle up to 3 different materials, such as; 20/40, 30/50, 40/70 mesh product.

Double Crown Resources plans to employ its Transprop AGG units at the company's new material processing plant in New Orleans, LA. The plant will be the first of its kind, designed specifically around the Transprop AGG container system. Processed materials will be shipped out mainly via intermodal rail cars carrying our Transprop AGG containers although trucking and water barge options are also available. Loading will be done via an overhead gantry crane system. The plant is specifically designed to deliver industrial tonnage quantities of both frac sand and barite as well as related commodity materials. Each intermodal rail car can accommodate 4 Transprop AGG containers and each container can hold up to 23 tons of aggregate product (92 tons per intermodal rail car).

The Double Crown Resources plant at New Orleans has the potential to become a strategic hub to ship globally as Transprop AGG was designed to meet ISO global shipping standard & specifications. Because of its markedly higher efficiencies and advanced technical features, Transprop AGG, along with our New Orleans plant and the benefits of intermodal rail transit, make this new system a clear logistical game changer.
