USU is UP Pre-Mkt due to the news. If it closes the gap and runs, I am IN. What do you think of this news ? I mean how significant is this ? Can it cause a HUGE run (like it did months back) or just a small pop and fizz out ?

You can make decent % returns on the index puts. SP 500 1600 strike puts and going for $30s to $60s (Mid next year to late next year expiry). They will go multibagger when the markets head south. I am predicting that the SP 500 will hit the 1500 mark next year on a correction, perhaps lower on a financial crisis.

It may be even better to look at other indices / sectors that will get hit the most (like the ones you posted, I will do some research on them).
