You basing your targets on charts ? I feel that like in every other asset class inflation has to be considered. Because the charts may say 16 or lower the value of gold/silver based on today's inflation adjusted price mat in essence be higher. So 18$ in today's price may actually be 16$ net adjusted for inflation back to early 2000's.
