Apricus does not have a green light from the FDA on a PIII, if they did they would say so...it would be huge. I don't think they even have a PII, if they did they would say so....that is a big deal. Based on how tough the FDA has been lately on non oncology drugs, they have to perform a dual PI in my opinion. This is still the ongoing transparency issue between management and investors. I actually emailed them to ask if they would define the pathway the FDA provided in terms of clinical phases. If they answer I will post.
