Joe sure pulled a fast one on them. I remember at the time wondering why they would do it, then realized that JC snowed them with the sales pitch that it would help the sp because it would show investors that management had confidence in the stock (after all, he converted some as well).

At the time I'm certain it helped lure in a few suckers until it got buried in the pile of newly issued shares.

This stock has always been controlled by the debt, and most likely always will be. The scammers and fraudsters have had their day, but the debt has always been the underlying control element....
