Brace yourselves this is my response from the building that iequity rented space from on the 16th:
I am glad that someone is conducting due diligence on this company as I feel they are trying to use the Creative Visions Foundation and the Dan Eldon center to build stock prices having nothing to do with a charity.
On the 16th they rented a space in the building that is Creative Visions Foundation. When IEquity originally inquired about doing event at the Dan Eldon center they were told very specifically that we would not rent to IEquity and that we did not want to be involved with them in any way. They then created a "Foundation" and rented the space at the last minute under this "charity" name. Yesterday, I received several google alerts that were trying to connect Creative Visions Foundation and Dan Eldon to IEquity stocks to supposedly raise the stock value through association with a very highly branded foundation. No mention was made of their own 'charity.'
When confronted with the investor blog, they said they were unaware and couldn't control what other people wrote. I believe they were directly behind it, and thought they could get around it by having someone else plant this.
I think this is very sleezy marketing on their part, and I want to make it VERY CLEAR that they are in no way associated with Creative Visions Foundation or Dan Eldon Foundation, and that they knew they were misrepresenting this to this stockholders.
