jom---No reason to apologize and your comments weren't a rant. Whether you’re right or wrong, your points show you’ve obviously been paying close attention to what’s going on. I’d say your points are well-taken. (You’ve sold half your position; well, I haven’t been jumping in & out. Mostly just jumping in more & more. My relatively long-term bet on this case is turning into a longer-term bet than I originally expected, but I still think we have the facts and law, as well as a jury decision, on our side.) Good luck.
