The order from the court Judge JJ says to schedule a settlement conference by dec 1, 2013 not schedule and hold a settlement conference by Dec 1, 2013. I suspect that means a settlement conference will be held post Dec I, 2013. Could be later that month or sometime in 2014.
"If the parties are unable to come to an agreement, the Court FURTHER ORDERS the parties to schedule a settlement conference with the United States Magistrate Judge assigned to this case no later than December 1, 2013."
