I really don't believe he did...doesn't have that kind of power, but if the reason for a dip in the pps was caused for his DD, then there are two questions for you:

1. Was the information true?

OR

2. Was the information false?

It was a poster's opinion based on what he felt was true, I assume.

Did he put out false information? That is one issue, but if one thinks it is, or probably is truthful, should we slam him for driving down the pps a few ticks?
