The question I'm having the hardest time figuring out is this:

How does the 30/60/90/120 distribution work? As in, is that based off of the day of the merger? Let's say if LCC is worth $25, and therefore AAMRQ is worth $15.

First disbursement is at 30 days. Is it the price of AAG then? What about the 60/90/120? As in, can we be losing serious value or gaining value over the 120 days? If we're losing money is there any way to get out?

Very confusing.
