I really don't know much about AB, but it does appear that his thinking is ever changing based on the new information that is revealed. IMO, one might be plus on an issue (i.e. MJNA), then with further info, change their position. A lot of people do it even without DD. 
One thing is for sure in my opinion, MJNA is a big gamble and insiders will win, a handful of traders will win, but the vast majority will lose their butts.
