Near lossless over 10Mbps? foley's not telling you everything is he? He also likes throwing out vague numbers. Lossless streaming at even 30fps has to have over 20Mbps.
He's also not telling you that 4K is going to suck up nearly 4 times the bandwidth from providers, on top of everything else. Clever video algorithms aren't going to solve everything. Ntek devices are not magical.
4K is coming, when is anyone's guess.
In the meantime, ntek is trying to capitalize on the 4K hype and sell boxes to play his remastered old movies and cartoons to the public. Nothing wrong with that. There just doesn't seem like any viable compelling reason to buy the device.
