There's an almost 100% chance that 20 would go to some foreign sleazeball who laughs at the stupidity of Americans. Surely you can think of a more deserving use for that money, especially at this time of year.... perhaps a gift for someone in dire need.

I've bought less than $5 worth of lottery tickets in my life. Microscopic compared to what I've invested in 3M, Boeing, UPS, Rockwell, etc. over the decades (and of course, my beloved Index Funds).
