I'm just saying, I wouldn't put much faith in the SEC. They create the loopholes to control the markets. You may not approve of this page, but when people don't approve of someone "bashing" a stock, the usual answer is "if you don't like it, move along". If you think someone is unjustly attacking a play you're in, you always have the right to attack a play they're in too.
