In my opinion, this means
1. AOC is planning a farmout for end 2014/mid 2015
2. They intend to offer 15-30% interest (from their current 50% share) for a future partner and therefore regain a 20-35% share

I think it depends on the success of the exploration and development program in the coming months, if they are able to keep a 35% share. As more successful they are in the coming months as more possible will be such a favourable farmout condition.

Unfortunately not completely clear for which blocks they will offer a farmout.

But I expect a multi billion Dollar deal which will carry AOC through development to production at least for the 13T and 10BB. They rejected a 700 Million Dollar offer for 10% recently.... I read this as a very strong hint that they expect more value per interest share in about 18 months from now....
