Thanks for all the love folks!
To all the haters, if I was a typical board pumper, I would of
sold at the recent $.1049 high, before the News.
As I stated, in a previous post, I switched from short to
long term on PHOT in the $.05 range, and held on long ever
since.
Taking great interest in the Company and the Industry, in the
mean while getting quite acquainted with Kurt from IR.
There are many things that attracted me to this stock.
It's Fully Reporting status, Management's squeaky clean
background, It's IR guy Kurt, Growing Marijuana Industry,
where a Company like PHOT, sits in that Industry, which
lies right at it's Foundation.
Every Article recently pertaining to the Stock Sector, PHOT
has been there among the top.
Solid Revenue Growth over the last two Quarters.
Management's decision making has been insightful, visionary,
and calculated.
The negatives I could live with because I expected them.
If I wanted a Marijuana Company with less warts so to speak,
I would of paid $30 a share for GWP#.
I expected dilution, I expected growing o/s, I expected a struggling balance sheet, etc,,
Because I know that money solves those problems.
That's why bashers didn't rattle me.
Like everyone else trading on the otc, we are all looking
for that needle in the haystack.
A stock for pennies with the hopes of striking it rich.
And for me, PHOT was it.
It had all the signs of a rising star.
And it still does.
But all that said, it was now, PHOT's turn to " Show Us The
Money ".
PHOT walked like a stud, talked like a stud, and when it came
time to perform like a stud, they performed well, but not
the stud we all were hoping for.
Lots of sizzle, but we sere served sirloin, instead of filet
mignon.
And so though this star is rising, it seems it will take
longer to rise than we were led to believe.
Was that my fault, certainly not
We missed the Revenue projection by $500,000.
A number which was reaffirmed with two weeks left in the
Third Quarter, by PHOT's very own CEO.
You shake the Market's confidence even an inch, and fear will
come in and eat the pps for breakfast.
Especially in the otc.
That P.R. today rescued PHOT from the $.05 - $.06 pit.
But the damage was done, and the pps crashed, I had to take
profits.
Moving forward, PHOT has to now prove themselves to me before
I come back in.
The radio interview will hopefully provide some redemption.
But at this point I need some more answers and numbers on
it's Gift program and some actual contracts going for it's Kiosk.
Something more tangible.
They have everything in place to continue to grow and succeed,
but now I want to know how they are going to do it.
How can they address the Growing Equipment/Dispensary Service
competition that is popping up at record levels.
How are they going to improve their Website Search experience.
How do they plan on attracting Dispensaries and Growers to
their Gift program and Kiosk machine.
Although I think they are capable, now there is a trust issue.
Now I want more details as to how they are going to implement
it's Business plan and sell it's products.
Store Fronts expansion is an excellent idea, but that takes
capital.
Where and how do they plan on financing their operations.
There may very well be good answers to these questions.
I hope to hear some on the 18th!
AB, don't be easy on them!
