He is nothing. He indicated at one time of buying up to 500K worth of stock. He is all hot air IMO.

As he indicated, revenues and profits matter. Well PVSP management has not delivered, therefore it is likely that either someone is selling or the company is diluting. Bills need to be payed, since PVSP is losing more money than what they are making Q after Q.
