How old is Mr. Spader? I think he is olver 70 or so. Would it be shocking to think that doing the day to day business of being a CEO of a newly public company would be more than he bargained for in his retirement years? Health reasons, perhaps?
Not interested in traveling as much, but the comnpany is in three states and probably requires traveling.
It is encouraging to see that they added a position--Chief Operating Officer. A growing company probably needs a COO.
People are going to see whatthey want to see. But to me, this expansion of the management team is a positive.
