There is a stark difference between bid support and blatant manipulation. It would be correct if he were using his bid to accumulate and bully the MM's up, that's not the case,though. Said person just wants to get shares cheap and then let things play out, which is why said person is beligerently keeping this down. Would be nice for someone to just buy him out so he has 0 shares for the run up a few hundred percent.
