Let me make myself perfectly clear...I get paid very well to sell through Healthcare.gov...the federal marketplace. The consumer...in PA will pay the same price regardless of whether they use my services, that of a Navigator, or do it themselves with no assistance.

Someone in PA would be an idiot not to use an agent when buying through the Federal Exchange.
