Given that I have yet to see them do anything on time, my guess would be that they will miss the 12/31/2013 deadline for filing their 10-K -- even if they are shooting to get that 10-K out (or a revised 10-12G that incorporates the 10-K). So, even if they are moving toward a fix, we should give them until mid-January (for the 2-week extension) and then a week or two more (because they don't seem to grasp what a deadline means). I'm not going to head down the legal path until at least the end of January. But when a company is freakin blocking tweets I'd have to agree that things have gotten pretty extreme.
