I have spoken with The CQRA directly about this security & am fully aware of who is what ..
O'bama care enrollment #'s about to broadcast ..
Those #'s I care about ~
Market makers "putting on shorts" are essentially "Counterfeiting" shares of $ASYI to create these positions so the "is or isn't" naked short argument it will always be he said she said until charges are brought forward ..

Market makers are excepted from the locate requirement when selling short in connection with bona-fide market making activities in the security for which the exception is claimed. Naked short selling occurs without having borrowed the securities to make delivery.

With that said PUTTING ON A SHORT IS NOT BONAFIDE MARKET MAKING ..
Again .. Figure out who and what the CQRA is & does.
$ASYI has passed all tests to date Market Makers.. Not ~
in my opinion.
