It all makes sense. What started as plastics to oil lead them to secure the feedstock. Being that catalytic converts and what not come from the same feedstock, now they are sourcing equipment for the entire range of recyclable/renewable material.
Some specifics in the form of names and funding are going to do this company wonders.
I'd say the partners don't want to be named until contracts are signed and they probably won't be signed until a definite decision is made on equipment and resources required. It sounds like that may be what GCEI is doing now.
We have to be getting close if they are planning on building plants and generating revenue in 2014...it is just around the corner.
