Linda, Clem Chambers and I just ended our weekly meeting. What a goofball. The guy always looks like he just fell out of a tree. Anyway, he loved your idea of having an All Day Happy Hour in the Jailhouse and letting the general population post for a day.

Three possible dates: November 19 is National Have a Bad Day Day, December 12 is National Ding-a-Ling Day, and January 3 is Humiliation Day. Please run it by Dave and Shelly. (Between you and me, Clem refers to them as the "Twin Pillars of Fun." Ha.)
