Did you all realize that Rolle, Switzerland has the 3rd largest chemical company in the world? Not at all stating this is the company and won't go there, lol...but it gives you an idea of how big this could actually be if all goes through.
Ineos Group Limited is a Switzerland multinational chemicals company which was founded by Jim Ratcliffe in 1998 in Rolle, Switzerland. It is the third largest chemical company around the world. It produces wide range of petrochemicals, specialty chemicals and oil products. Some chemicals that are manufactured by Ineos are 1,3-butadiene, acetone, acetone cyanohydrin, acetonitrile, acrylonitrile, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, alpha-methylstyrene, ammonia/nitric acid, ammonium sulfate, benzene and many others.
We are currently looking to merge or sell the shell outright. We have twice been offered a buyout, one offer at .01 and the other at .0125 which were both rejected for reasons I do not care to share at this time. We are currently in discussions with a chemical company based out of Rolle, Switzerland but cannot divulge any details due to SEC regulations.
