LMAO...what an OBAMAtool...you actually believe the website is all that they say. It is a dismal failure....the ability to verify information with other agencies is the main problem. The only site that seems to be seemlessly linked is the Experian connection to verify you are actually who you say you are.

The online chat feature is also useless...they are obviously answering questions off a FAQ manual. Since their training is limited...they have no answer for anything off script except apply by phone.
