There are two options for a Global Lock:

1. Ignore a DTC request for further information and have a GL placed on the security, or

2. Deposit a huge block of unregistered shares after other large blocks have been recently deposited, thus earning an immediate suspension of all services.

There will be no PUBLIC document as to which one of these occured specifically to DHSM. This dirty shell may make a public announcement regarding the GL it recieved, but good luck in getting them to post the actual document from the DTC concerning their specific GL.

Now about this one year thing, it is only one year if there aren't any responses from this shell, then the DTC MAY resume services, but not without the SECs approval. Otherwise it can stay locked as long as the SEC sees fit.

Further, in this case you are dealing with a shell and well it will remainin in place until this shell files and reports with the SEC for one year, effectively "curing" it's shell status.
