Yep these shares being sold are clearly for 2 purposes....

1. To have the needed funds to closed the Acquisition

2. To finish paying off old convertible debt loans.

Now turn it around and head back the opposite direction with a share buyback, Acquisition, JVs, and MERGERS! Plus close the SALE on MEKONZA!
