Some info on a few of the new team:
LCTI is currently being investigated by the SEC for stock fraud regarding a claim that it had secured mining rights to the Comeback mine and Golden Eagle mine in Idaho. They never had a deal with Northwest Analytical via Northwest Critical Minerals. Scott Jarnegin, the CEO aka chuckycheese put out a PR on April 12 of this year and the resulting profit taking by him and his son who collectively own 81% of the company is the issue being investigated. They have since removed their claim of mining property from website.
The new "mgt team" are all screwed up. Edwin, while a nice guy is an older senile Brit who lives in Vallejo, Ca. He has no practical experience at all and he is here on a green card. Miller hasn't done anything of merit and will be included in a Federal lawsuit by the owners of the mining concessions in Idaho. Beckmann lives in Russia and has dome dated technology but has a serious drinking problem and has been described by Jarnegin as "crazy as bat shit".
