I thought they did a R/S recently to avoid delisting?

Why would there still be a risk of delisting at the moment?

That was a strange volume surge and pop up early Friday morning, however looking at the trades, there was many more sells than buys on Friday.

fundamentals are poor but the chart is primed for a breakout

ER expected next week.

Prospect Global Resources (PGRX), the single worst performing stock of 2013, will continue to trade on the Nasdaq National Market after its board and shareholders approved a 50 for 1 reverse split. The stock is down more than 96% this year and ends trading today with a split adjusted share price of $2.45, a mere $200.55 away from the split-adjusted 52-week-high.

Truth is people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning
