theoretically. In reality there are always delays due some unexpected problems of some kind so real production at full capacity doesn't happen until Year 4 in most cases. Examples:

- FF1 : started construction in Jan 2010, first fish sales in Q1'12, production of 100% sleepy cod adjusted to mix of sleepy cod, prawn and eels from Madagascar in Q2'13, full production probably not until mid/late 2014

- FF2: started construction May'11, by End of Q2'13 only 35% of Phase 1 completed, first production not expected until Jun'14, full production probably in 2015

- PF1: construction started Feb'11, first production expected in Q3'13, about 300MT production expected in all 2013, full production date TBD

- PF2: construction started in Nov'11, first production as early as Q2'12 but project was expanded into quadruple size by mid 2012. First production of new Stage 1 expected in early 2014, prod. of Stage 2 not until 2014-2015

so you get the idea, there are always delays in the real world...
